“Locked, Cocked and Ready to Rock”. A term often used in the military is the only way I can describe the situation that has impaired my transportation today. There are LAPD: Swat, Special Weapons, K-9, Under Cover and DA posted in front of my house preparing for a small war. We are not exactly sure what has them so heavily equipped but, who ever is on the receiving end of this better be ready for a fight.
